After several high cost medicines prescribed by a dermatologist, psoriaflora is a godsend. I have psoriatric arthritis an when i get skin flare ups, this is the ticket! No side effects, non steroids. One of the best otc products for my psoriasis.

Every year it flares up for a while, then it fades away. Does not appear to do anything for my face with dry and red skin.
