Ive had bodylastics bands for a couple of years now
I read lots of review before buying them and people recommended these over all the other cheap brands
The clips are the kind of clips you would expect if you where rock climbing unlike the competitors that have clips the size of paperclips
I dont think i could live without my bodylastics bands

Use these with p90x did have some cheaper ones from ebay but they snapped when trying to get any serious resistance training going

I ususlly use the bands with or without weights on bench press shoulder press lat raise kick backs curls chest flyes plank
