Pros
Tried the orange and now the berry flavor. Doesn't have an overpowering sweet after taste. Works well in 32oz of water.
First time trying this product for post weightlifting/running. Great for energizing and staying hydrated throughout the day.
Cons
The strawberry is by far the worst tasting hydration powder i’ve ever tasted. Aftertaste is akin to * deodorant and creamsicles.
No noticeable improvement in stamina or endurance. Also, this product is non-refundable. And it's not returnable!

I got the berry one also love how slick the package is
It says to refrigerate so i’m guessing someone didn’t read the packaging and that’s why it tastes bad

I work 50 outside and the other 50 in uncooled warehouses in the arizona summer i found that other electrolyte powders couldn’t replace what i was sweating out fast enough

I understand sodium is important but i also add it to my food so having that higher than the potassium never made sense to me but then i’m not someone who runs in hot weather sweating a lot when i’d be drinking this

The potassium is too low and it’s the harder one to get enough of
