Pros

I'm on a couple of medications to assist with hunger, and the main goal is to maintain muscle mass during the fast-weight-loss phase.

Each pill is 5 grams of protein in the right balance. Go down with a few bites of banana, gulps of a smoothie, or swallows of almond milk. The dosage of 5 pills is not ideal, but the go down pretty easy with the coating they have.

Reviewer says he's had great results with the veggie pill. Has taken a month and just got 2nd order. Will update with results and more detailed review later on when finished with bottle #2.

Cons

Pure encapsulation is a huge bitter pill. Low quality ingredients. It's nearly impossible to find out what the actual ingredients in the coating are.
