This box was completely crushed again. The actual flavor of these is cinnamon. At least most products that use it are very upfront about it.

I was also using orgain bar which are fantastic but i switched to this for the aminos

I think the aminos are good when you are physically exerting yourself

Worth the price and good for you

Not crazy about the price so i won’t buy regularly

But the price was quite a lot for what you get
