Pros

I feel like this is what i haven't been missing for so long. I like how the layout is in each book. The recipes are delicious.

The 4 week pre-training is a must for those of us who haven't been active for a while. It's so easy to follow which makes it great for workout beginners. Grocery list, exact workouts, etc.
