It's a * but really does it's job. Because it's long and thin, it stores easily. The classic model suits most.

Painkillers and nsaids. Are tolerable. It's much more tolerable if you can maintain some semblance of the strength and ability that your body once had. On the long workout days i will have worked my muscles to exhaustion by the time i've finished.

Body blade pro is a real workout using the 10 basic exercises. Takes some getting used to in order to really vibrate the blade properly. Once you get it, it really does provide surprisingly good muscle activation & stimulation.

Cons

For the amount of money i paid for this i am disappointed that the dvd does not work at all. I think the product changed to something other than the original. I amdisappointed that the dvd doesn't work.
