Pros
The wrap holds its heat for quite a while and you can manipulate the clay beads to fit any area of the body. Works well in the microwave and freezer. Itheats the lower back where you need it.
Removable soft velvety cover is also a great feature. They are reusable just pop in the freezer ready in 30 minutes. Blue side is sooooo soft!
Cons
Stitching came out between sections. Disappointing to say the least. Only half full of filling so it didn't work very well for the 5-10 minutes it stayed cold. It is not that cold right out of the freezer.
All the clay beads are micro size. If you try to drape it over a body part, all the beads slide to either end. The company needs to build in a compartment system to ensure adequate separation of beads.

It is soft and comfortable but the beads are loose without stitched channels so the beads dont stay on top of your shoulder

That might work better and would retain heat longer and have the benefit of not having to stay near an electrical plug like a regular heating pad
