The main vertical pole came cosmetically damaged paint scarred during shipping and body solid sent me a replacement no questions asked

First off the free shipping was only 6 business days which is pretty impressive considering it came ground freight 330 pounds

Customer support had a plate break in shipping and it took under 2 minutes to get to a human being

Packaging/appearance

Putting it together was not bad but one problem they could easily remedy is the packaging of the nuts bolts

I needed a cutter to cut the metalstraps and remove the boxes from the pallet

It arrives in six boxes and i thought the packaging was exceptional

What took four to five hours would have been much faster had they seperated those items and labeled the packaging

Competitiveness

Its not a perfect piece of equipment but much better than other comparatively priced gyms

For the price and the lifetime warrenty it cant be beat

I suggest a 17mm socket and 17mm boxopen end wrench for the hex bolts

They shipped me a dlink to insert inline and the cable is fine now
