This one seems to keep his chin up really well! These are perfect! They are safer and don’t fall off! It is well-made and after an entire summer in the sun hasn't faded one bit.

The shoulder straps are a game changer. The arm float parts fold over to the back and the buckle can hold them in place for compact packing. I like that it has the shoulder straps as well since he is smaller.

Bought these for my granddaughters ages 3 and 2. Btw my son is 2 1/2 years old, and weights about 35 pounds. I have a 16 month old toddler that fits into this fairly well.
