Ive just returned from a week in the welsh mountains hiking every day and not a single blister
Ive tried taping new boots blister plasters and other tricks but to no avail
Only used it twice so far it has definitly helped in reducing friction over a 15 mile walk instructions were not to clear as to how many times you apply during a long walk so re applied half way through seemed to do what i have bought it for
