Pros
Lifting gloves do cause a little soreness after gripping and pulling for the amount of time spent. The foot straps are fine because i usually wear shoes.
Do not hesitate to purchase this one. I just wish that there was one that lasts. Yes, it meets expectations.
Easy to use, the durability seems to be very good. It is easy to use and i'm 70 yrs old. This is not the'sturdiest' of inventions but it works well.
The original og of workout ropes. The steel pulleys i installed is a 100 per cent upgrade.

Cheaply made with ropes and hardware. The cords are not elastic so no movement is possible.
