It's a very sturdy piece of wood, does what the description says. The wood also makes it super convenient to use running lotion with it.

My only issues with this particular brand the center rings are slightly too far apart for my spine and the rubber rings on the ends come off too easily which isn’t too big of a deal

Now every time i roll the rubber rings just comes right off even when i take it off the bag that comes with it the ring comes off as well
