Overall it's a great concept but with some major flaws that need to be improved on. Mine are literally pointy and jagged. Not very well designed. It's way overpriced for what it is.
The main problem with this device is it applies pressure directly at 90 degrees from horizontal. The knobs are also too rigid and sharp to allow your body to fully relax.
