Pros
The body back buddy helps to get knots out of your neck and back muscles. It's no replacement for deep tissue massage, but it's pretty darn close. I highly recommend this to anyone who has knotted muscles, especially in the neck, shoulder and back.
This tool is wonderful and will last for years. I purchases this product and it has made a world of difference. Works great, the chart helps too. I'm completely satisfied.
It reaches everywhere i need it too. Only downfall i wish it was easier to take around.
The body back buddy is a really durable, high-quality product. The nubs are smooth, whereas the cheaper ones have a sharp edge at the moulding seam. It has some interesting features, lots of pokey knobs etc.
Cons
The plastic isn't sturdy enough for actual deep tissue massaging. The plastic is made of plastic.

You can look at the diagrams etc but really this is an intuitive healing tool meant to reach those awkward places that rollers and massage balls etc just dont reach
