This tool allows me to release the trigger points in my upper trapezius. It really gets at those deep knots in my traps and deltoids. Being able to use this any time, by myself, is helping a little bit with my constant headaches.
It's hard plastic, and seems like it's quite durable. This is better than the massage gun. Can be dismantled for travel. Amp; time is the limit!
Cons

Used twice for a few minutes by a 68 yo 104 lb woman and snapped in half with minimal effort. If you want to try to target other areas, it's more hassle than it's worth.
This massager is very cheaply made. Very disappointed in the quality of the highly recommended accumassager. This one, however, is not something i would recommend.

The balls are made out of a grippy type of rubberplastic so they grab the skin a little bit

This is definitely not for moving around much on a muscle so you can squeeze the muscle and kind of rock it backandforth for a different sensation
