Pros & Cons
Pros
Only thing that annoys me is that the plunger doesn't seem long enough. Overall i like this mug but there are two things that need to be fixed.
When it reaches the temperature you want it to be, just close the lid and enjoy. One toddy batch lasts me a week.
Cons
The picture is deceptive and so are some of the customer answers. Snapped clean in half through the metal rod. Coffee down the drain, sad day.
The clear plastic seems to be brittle. Poorly insulated. Maybe look at the 100% metal/stainless version.

It would be a good travel alternative to toddy or bodum

The takeya and bodum brewing systems outputs are more dilute than toddy

I dilute 1 part toddy concentrate with 3 or 4 parts water and i dilute takeya and bodum cold brewed concentrate 5050 with water

However the double wall insulation does not keep the coffee warm for more than a few minutes
