Pros
The spo2 level s are tracked day and night, with graphs as well. Being a ring it is very easy to use, i prefer it over other wrist units. It tracks my workouts and sleep with ease.
Cons
Ring pinches & gouges my finger. The app needs work as it has to be manually set to start each night. Keeps ring active (using up the battery) until app is reopened in the morning.

When it developed problems i email the company about what it was doing and they called said they knew what the problem probably was due to my description and were sending me a new ring

My sleep dr recommended this item and although it provided a lot of good data the ring does not hold a charge long

However about a week after i got it it developed a glitch that kept getting worse and worse and it kept telling me to set it aside for 12 hours
