Pros
It’s expensive but worth the splurge. It is a bit spendy but for what you get, oh well! Only ding is the cost!
The taste is not noticeable in baked goods with strong flavors such as chocolate, pumpkin or ginger. It comes from japanese melons.
Keto ice cream is delicious and nutritious. It does everything sugar does, but much healthier.

There are numerous very good sugar alternatives but bochasweet is the bets and the only sweetener which so closely approximates cane sugar that i cant detect a difference
