Pros
They make a great meatloaf, meat tomato sauce for pasta, taco filling, sloppy joes. It's the only patty out there with the right texture as a burger. The texture is a bit differerent (mooshy) so i add lots of lettuce and tomato for crunch.
Cons
Trying to decipher the difference online has become cumbersome. This has to be one of the worst tasting things that i have ever eaten, no matter what you put on them, they are bad, tastes like cardboard.

I love beyond burger but ingredients are questionable

It only has 1 net carb whole most veggie burgers have around 20
