He gets stuck once in awhile under a cabinet or on a rough stone surface plus if the mop is too saturated with liquid he cant get any good traction and spins around in one place

I had to google search to find out what to do when he just shuts down and wont start plug the charge cord in directly to the machine and let charge 30 min
