Pros & Cons
Pros
Well packaged and fresh. And is healthier. This product also thickens the drink nicely without detracting from the flavor of other ingredient.
Great alternative for those of us gluten intolerant. Ground arrowroot or tapioca or potato starch is a good alternative.
