The edges even extend to the back for setting it down though the actual surface over the back itself is a bit thinner so the tablet doesnt over heat

The only issue is accessing the very edge to the screen can require using the opposite hand due to case edge thickness

Big gripe is that its very hard to plug larger headphone jacks in with the case on due to hope close the rubber case is to the audio jack input
