Finely shredded and easy to add to recipes. The color is off white and the taste is exceptional.

This is not what i call'shredded' the flakes taste like they're getting old. It looks like corn meal!

I use my vitamix blender and the only other ingredient is water and mix mix mix

So if your gunna sweeten it after you blend it dont use raw honey
