Pros & Cons

Pros

The back of the package gives instructions for how to cook in a microwave, rather than the stove. This makes it quick and easy with no messy pot to clean up. I buy this one because it cooks well-not soggy or mushy.

It’s not everyday you find a company that has such great products, but more importantly to someone like me. They take such pride and care in their products. I also like the idea that bob's red mill is an employee owned business.

Cons

The package says to cook them for 10-20 min, but they turn very mushy after just 2 minutes!

Two of bob's red mill products were found to have glyphosate. "there was not tape to seal it, just small amounts of not sticky glue" the company promises to replace the product or refund the full purchase price.
