Pros
New version can be made in the microwave. Takes a bit longer to cook in microwave than the buckwheat cereal. Great addition to gluten free bread baking.
Cons
This definitely requires flavor add ins in order to be something anyone with a functional sense of taste would eat.

The quality of the product was fine but i don’t know if i will continue to purchase it because of the cost

The price has gone up quite a bit making it less of a bargain
The cost is pretty high though considering there is also tax to pay
I wish it didnt cost so much
