Pros & Cons
Pros
Bob's redmill gluten free has the texture and flavor i want. Great in flavored sweets such as fruit cobblers, muffins, and even chocolate cakes.
Cons
I love bobs red mill but this flour is too heavy on the beans! Has a bitter taste that cannot be masked, tastes strongly of uncooked beans. Worst tasting flour i have ever tried.
Has a terrible metallic aftertaste. Terrible flavour. The flavor and smell makes me kind of nauseous.
This product had been cross contaminated. The portrayal of the product packaging and quantity is highly misleading.
