Pros

As always bobs red mill is great. Came very quickly. Well packaged and fresh.

Cons

The description is misleading. Flour was spilled inside box and item is not eligible for replacement. It was punched too low in production.

Only one bag was shipped. When i accessed the order to report the error, it comes up as one bag for a different price. Got the other 2 bags out of the trash and they were outdated as well.

Tried this flour for the first time to make flatbread in a cast iron baked in the oven
