Pros & Cons
Pros
These are not the ratchet ones but are easy to use and hold very well. Boat no longer bounces around on the trailer. Strongly recommend them, for any boating use.
Easy to install and very rigid. Durable, and easy to place. Easy to use snap buckle. Locking is easy.
Great to replace the rusted original straps. They lock in nice and tight and there is built in velcro to secure the loose strap.
Cons
The hinge pin is cheap and will bend / deform after a single use. Failed after one season. The rivets are sloppy and will break very soon. Very sloppy and hard to close.
