Pros
They are well made and sturdy. The ratcheting and release design works flawlessly. They are rugged and durable.
These ratchet straps are so much easier to use than the standard transom tiedowns. They stay snug and release and retract with the push of a button. These retractable straps are the best.
Cons
The hardware that comes with this is junk. It is absurd that the company sends deficient hardware.
Ratchet system still works, but the loop in the strap that goes through the hooks has come undone. No way to move it on or off no matter the size of wrench or cheater bar. One quick release bent instead of releasing. Will not retract, have to crank it... Read More
Was tightening bolts and nut locked up but still had 1/2 inch play. Both nuts have issues going on. Have to cut bolt to get off trailer. Had to cut the bolts off and buy new ones costing an extra $10.
