Pros
Strong and durable. They are really, really stout. Very sturdy looking.
Great strap except there is no retaining strap for the strap end. Padded to protect boat from the hardware.
The ratcheting action makes tightening it up a cinch. The nylon is high quality and the ratchet works smooth and is made well.
Heavy duty and could double as a small winch or come-along. They feel more secure than the usual fold down *.
