Customer support is top notch. The customer service is excellent, they respond quickly to emails and have a very polite demeanor. Great product otherwise.

I am very impressed that it did not feel heavy. The only con is they are not individually wrapped.

The small adult masks fit perfect. Fit a small woman's and medium man's face comfortably. Top strap across the back of head and the bottom strap along the back. The mask fits snug and doesnt slide around on my face, even on windy days.

The nose on this mask is a very thin piece of wire. They are too small and rip off the masks when i try to get them over my head. The split seams below the chin level are very large and very stiff.

I can't stand this foldable design that masks have become, and won't be buying this type again. The straps fall off of the mask. They are not attached securely. A cheap surgical mask is better for that.
