One of the plastic locking end caps arrived chipped and the customer service was outstanding in getting it replaced asap

You need to make sure that your vehicle is equipped with the factory railings on the roof otherwise you cannot use these racks

The local dealer listed them at 349 and said that they would let them go for 249

The keys are used to unlock the plastic covers to expose the hex bolts and the little t shaped torque wrench is set at 8nm to avoid over tightening and possibly damaging either the railings or the bolts
