Worked as advertise but seal was the wrong size for my vehicle.

Make sure you don't do this job with a full fuel tank, gas will spill.

The gmb one physically worked but the gas gauge was stuck and wouldn't work after removing and replacing twice.

Indeed it worked fine for my 2001 330i but it arrived without the seal ;-( amazon gave me a discount for this mistake but still got a sour effect because i was in a hurry and i could not wait for a new seal and i ended re-using the old seal.

The websites i normally purchase e46 parts from wanted $150+ for the vdo siemens fuel pump which didn't include the seal ring.
