The install is super easy and a must for any m5x engine. Was exact replacement for e46 bmw 1999 323i. Bought it for an 01 bmw e46 325i. Installed and works great on my 2001 530i.

Erratic cold idle is gone and there is definite improvement in low-end torque. Engine now has its lower rpm pep back. Seems a little more torque-ey too.

This kit comes with everything needed to upgrade the vanos seals. Strongly recommend for anyone needing to fix their vanos units. Includes more hardware and gaskets than the ecs build your own kit.

Cons

False advertising. Buy kit from somewhere else. Don't buy it from us.
