It's also very nice that they come with extra accessories unfortunately they didn't fit well in my helmet and i requested a return.

Put the lens in front of an lcd screen and look through the lens, then slowly rotate the lens 45 degrees in either direction; if you notice a change in the opacity, this means that the lens is polarized.
