Its a little on the small side but in heavy rain no umbrella except a giant golf umbrella will save you

As soon as you open it all you can think about is a bunch of guys in white lab coats in a super top secret facility underground peering into a wind tunnel at some poor sap holding the umbrella horizontally amidst simulated rain blown from the wind of a jet engine

As soon as the wind and rain stop red lights flash in the tunnel as one of the men in white lab coats pushes a button on the wall and his voice is amplified to the poor sap with one word
