The coconut aroma and flavor is definitely there. I find that it relaxes me and helps me to fall asleep. It tastes like cocoa powder and coconut oil, with the cinnamon and earthiness of the mushroom powder in the background.

Looking up that prop it covers hundreds of different ingredients even things like aspirin so i had no clue why the warning is on this
