Pros
I am leaving the rest of my plants in my husband's care, right now the finicky plants are safe when i'm gone. Was very pleasantly surprised. Absolutely wonderful plant watering orbs.
This product is sturdy and well designed. The plants seem to really thrive with these.
Cons
This review reflects the broken/defected items in addition to the lack of customer service. A fool and his money. Although i think it is a great idea if it works for you, but wasn't ideal for me or my plants.

I left the country for 16 days and decided to give these a try because my neighbor killed my plants last time i traveled still love her

It is not rocket science but the height of the water reservoir to the height of your pots will need to be set according to how much water you want out

Also the water lines come all wound around the stakes so what i did is bundle all the tips together with a weight to make sure they were at the bottom of my water reservoir

I went away for 2 12 weeks and was very concerned about some of my plants that require frequent watering

Some will drink too fast and bleed out and some will need more flow
