It fits me very well maybe even a tad loose in the strap and bust area even when adjusted to be the tightest possible

It doesnt provide support the straps are too long for any sort of push up and it fits loose in the bust area basically a padded cami cut in half so its not meant for any compression

Id say anyone with a bigger bust than me would probably want something more supportive as these dont provide any lift

I think if i could make the straps a bit tighter it would provide slightly more lift so id suggest ordering a size down from what the picture says

If you are small chested these are for you giving you enough padding but not making it look ridiculously fake
