Pros
The foam is comfortably soft, yet it provides great support and my ears don't hurt after sleeping on it all night. The memory foam is soft enough for your head to comfortably sink in. This pillow is thin enough, flexible but still supportive.
The cooling technology is pretty trippy. People that buy a pillow with a cooling gel side always want the gel side, just sayin’.
Cons
I'm a petite person so having a bulking pillow makes my head prop up way too high and causes strain on the upper back. The foam is extremely firm — to the point that, after about 20 minutes on it, i actually started getting a headache.
The support to the cheeks and the jaw is not adequate. I am a back sleeper so the height is perfect but upon sleeping on it all night, my head was tilted slightly to the side. It says it’s great for side sleepers, but i find myself and my husband flip... Read More
