Pros
It's soft so your neck won't get sore when you wake up in the morning.
As a back sleeper, this pillow helps me enjoy my sleep a lot better. Great for a quick rest and a relaxing break. No complaint so far.
I love my pillow no more trying to flatten my pillows out haha.
The cooling side is a little more firm so you can flip it for a softer or firmer feel. The cooling is genuinely amazing. It came neatly packaged with separate pillow and cover packaging with instructions.
Cons
The ultra slim pillow is very stiff and uncomfortable to sleep on. The cooling technology is just some holes punched throughout the pillow.

As a stomach sleeper buying generic flat pillows ended up being a waste of money because i ended up just laying my head on the mattress

I m a stomach sleeper who sleeps with my arms under my pillow so to find the perfect thickness but not so hard my arms crap up and hurt all night
