There are many comments here about the product being damaged in shipping but i took photos to show you how very carefully the product arrived which makes me think its an amazon packaging with heavy items perhaps andor a deliverer problem not the problem of the product

Ive never ordered from this company before but they did go to lengths to protect their product from damage

Then the product is wrapped in bubble wrap inside of the box

Then theres a protective film on the plastic to protect it from scratches

When i got the palette two of my colors were smashed so i couldnt even use them

It was tossed into a much bigger box without sufficient padding so a few of the colors shattered
