Some people don’t realize that the earphones have a volume control and your phone or bluetooth device also has a volume control typically the best practice is to turn the volume on your bluetooth device to about 80 or 90 and then adjust the earphones to a level that’s comfortable from there

Pros stunningly good sound quality at this price point or just about any price point excellent design construction and controls the magnetic function is awesome very durable english voiceprompts work greatcons the fitting process can be a bit tedious – it takes a while to figure out what ear pieces and rubber “wings” you want for the best fit
For some reason i had more trouble getting these earbuds seated in my ears than usual but my ears are never very earbud friendly
