In the red color these appear to be another variant of the very commonly seen on amazon q8q9 series of bluetooth headphones

I suspect they are being picked up in large quantities unbranded from china and then being resold under various brands

Alternatively if you arent planning to run or do other athletics in these where you expect to sweat a bunch you could just leave the plug out permanently since its main purpose is to prevent liquid intrusion
