They come with extra silicon ear pads of different sizes to fit your ear

Also the noise cancelling does not block out all noise however if you do play the sound level higher it will help to drown out the noise around but you can still hear things around you if they are loud

The microphone works pretty well it is located in the right ear where the power button is so you can take off the one right ear and talk into it as the other ear is for listening
