It is easy to turn on. The sound is great. The earbuds fit well in your ears and the rubber loops help to keep them on your ear. They come with 3 different size ear pieces to help make them fit better in your ear. They would work great for anyone who works out. I work in housekeeping for a suite hotel. I am only able to use one ear bud at a time so that I can hear customers or employees, so the other earbud ends up hanging over my shoulder and it gets in the way of cleaning. But you get a clip to clip on your shirt to help keep the earbud out of the way when not in use.I love the ear buds. The button are easy to use I can raise the volume up higher than any other earbuds I have used. The switch from call to music works great. the music will pause while you take your call and then go back to music when you or your caller hangs up. I just wish the earbuds was a single Bluetooth earbud so I could use them at work. I would recommend the Bluetooth Headphones, Grandbeing® Wireless Bluetooth to family and friend looking for a good quality Bluetooth headphones. These headphone have great sound quality. You can answer calls with this as well. . They were a bit tricky for me to get on initially since I was not use to using this type of ear pieces. They do go in to only the ear it is meant to go into. They connected easily and only took a couple of seconds to connect to my iPhone 6. They do come in a two shades which is nice since you can get a different color of each person and they will not get confused. I do not think these would fit little ears though. I think it will be a little uncomfortable for little ears, however when they are in they are going to stay out nicely. It also comes with the charging cord, additional replacement ear pads and the headphones. You can also control the volume and move forward past songs.
