They got very comfortably in my ears with the standard ear things the technical term is escaping me and i can totally see myself doing my t25 workouts in these with no problems

I thought the cord between would bother me but it lays still too if it does get to a bother ill clip it into my hair tie

The instructions were easy to follow and my only minor complaint is that they tell you the led blinks blue for on red for off when it was turning on it actually flashed red and blue

These arrived charged and they were so simple to connect i did not even have to read the directions
