Its likely you can use earpieces from other headphones but its just an annoyance

They are shaped to stay within the curve of cartilage above your ear canal which is a reason i purchased these instead of ones with hooks that go above the ear since i wear glasses and didnt want added pressure on the top of my ear

With that after about an hour or 2 of constant wear they will begin to fatigue your ear
