I was just about to return these headphones after i tried numerous times to connect them but just before i was going to put everything in the package i got them to start working

It says that you have to hold down the black button for 4 seconds but thats not long enough

What you have to do is hold down both buttonson each head phone until the led starts flashing red and blue

After you do that they will be discoverable by your bluetooth so go to your bluetooth settings and select q800 then they will be connected

Remember if the led is only flashing blue and not red that means that it is not in bluetooth pairing mode and your device will not detect it
